Because BarX100 is an AI-powered product, we provide these additional disclosures:

recommendations, scores, or classifications. Where such decisions have significant legal or similarly 
significant effects on you, you have the right to request human review.

Training Data: We may use aggregated and de-identified interaction data to improve our AI models. 
We do not use identifiable personal data for model training without your explicit consent. You may 
opt out of AI training data use at any time by contacting us. 
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer: Outputs generated by our AI tools are generated by machine 
learning models and do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You should 
verify AI outputs independently before acting on them.

Retention of AI Interactions: Conversation logs and AI session data are retained for up to 12 
months for quality assurance purposes unless you request earlier deletion.

6.Legal hold data: Until the legal matter is resolved 
When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it.

11. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY   

BarX100 is not directed to individuals under the age of 16 (or 13 in the United States). We do not 
knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data 
from a child, please contact us immediately and we will delete it. 

12. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER 
 
BarX100 operates globally. Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries 
other than your country of residence, including countries that may not provide the same level of 
data protection as your home country. 

 Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, including Standard 
Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, UK International Data Transfer
